Cleared fortakeoff

Built for safety, flight after flight.
Checked before takeoff, watched in the air and flown under aviation authority oversight.

Layered by design

Our safety approach is to stop problems before they happen, and to keep every flight under control if they do.

Before takeoff

Every flight is checked before it leaves the pad

Weather, airspace, aircraft health and the route itself are assessed before a mission is authorised. If anything sits outside operating limits, the aircraft stays on the ground.

Redundant systems

No single point of failure

Three independent flight computers cross-check each other throughout the flight, and distributed propulsion means one motor is never the whole system. If normal flight can't continue, an independent parachute brings the aircraft down safely.

Safe by design

Purpose-built for the neighbourhoods it serves

Manna aircraft never land at your home. Orders are lowered gently on a tether from directly above the delivery point, the aircraft keeps its distance from people and property, and a typical overflight lasts seconds.

On every delivery

Building the safest way to deliver

Safety isn't a feature we added. It's why the aircraft looks the way it does, flies the way it does, and is watched the way it is.

Authorised by the Federal Aviation Administration

Manna operates in the United States under FAA authorisation, meeting the FAA’s rigorous safety requirements for air delivery in American airspace. The same authority that oversees every other aircraft in the sky oversees ours, from the aircraft and the pilots to the procedures behind every flight.

Autonomous, not unattended

Software flies the aircraft. People stay responsible for the network.

Supervised operations

Watched by a trained operations team, every flight

Mission control monitors aircraft health, weather and the airspace around every flight, pilots supervise several aircraft at once and can step in at any point, and our support team assists customers in real time.

Protecting everyone below

Designed and tested for the people on the ground

A cruise altitude of 210–260 feet, tethered delivery, automatic parachute recovery and a camera feed that is never recorded keep neighbours as safe as customers.
