Frequently asked questions
If it fits safely in the aircraft and weighs 8.8 lb or less, we can usually fly it. That includes hot food, groceries, pharmacy items, clothing and everyday essentials.
Most flights take about three minutes after collection. Preparation time still depends on the restaurant, pharmacy or shop you order from.
You will be asked to choose a delivery spot in the Manna app. When Manna arrives, it gently lowers your order there on a tether.
Light rain and normal wind are fine. Our systems monitor conditions continuously and pause deliveries whenever flying would move outside safe operating limits.
We are opening selected Tulsa neighbourhoods first and adding new areas over time. Join the waitlist and we will let you know when your address is ready.
We don't film while flying. Just a quick safety check when your order lands - then it's gone. Nothing stored. Nothing shared.
